Life Coaching
Everything you want to be and to have, depends on whether you have given
                                  permission to yourself for that !

Life coaching is a synergistic relationship between an accredited life coach and a client designed to tap into your full potential.
The definition of a life coach is a professional who helps you reach a goal or make a change in your life. They help you to get out of your head and start taking action in the areas of your life that you wish to change. A life coach guides you through the process by asking questions that help you evaluate and decide which steps to take in order to reach your goal or make an important change. Then they play the important roles of motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Their goal is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. Life coaches are more than just a counselor or consultant, they step you through the achievement process from the beginning to the end, from the planning stage all the way through the execution stages.
"Instead of worry -  You believe;
 Instead of fear  -  Be sure You can;
 Instead of run away - Take the action;
        And All powers of Universe
        Will create ,what you want."

What are the benefits of hiring a life coach?

You set better goals that are based on what you really want
You start taking more effective and focused actions immediately
You create momentum so it’s easier to get results
You stop putting up with petty annoyances
You have more time and energy

Determine that the thing can and shall be done, and then we shall find the way.                 Abraham Lincoln

Successful people have sworn by life coaches for years, but a lot of people are still hesitant to hire one. A life coach can help you figure out what you want to do with your life and, more importantly, they can help you figure out how to do it. Many people think that they don’t need help and that they can do everything by themselves. The truth is that it always helps to have support, especially the support of an experienced professional.
A year from now you may wish you had started today, so make your mental blueprint and begin !
In general, people who hire a life coach tend to be
                people that want the following:
To achieve their goals and be successful

To find happiness

To find their life purpose

To do what they love

To decide on or change their career

To be more confident

To find love or improve their relationships
Life coaches focus on the present and the client’s goals for the future. We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life they really want. Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to do so. Why struggle on your own when you can get what you want out of life in a fraction of the time with the structure, support, and tools of a skilled life coach?
                                                                                Who works with a Life Coach?

Entrepreneurs, executives, business leaders, actors, musicians, creative people, managers, small business owners, start-ups, professionals and home-makers ,people who want to improve their relationship ,all reach their goals with the help of a life coach. If there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, there is room for life coaching. Not only will your life coach help you close the gap, your life coach will help you break through your limited beliefs and challenge you to think bigger.
I’ve been taught that “hard work and doing it on your own” are the keys to finding life, success, money, or happiness. Most people believe they must sacrifice something to attain what they want. Some people sacrifice their health, their time to enjoy life, or their relationships. None of this is necessary. You can have it all, but maybe not all right this minute! And, with life coaching, you’ll find you don’t have to sacrifice anything to get what you want. You may need to change a few things, true, but clients find they have more time with their families and friends, more money, more opportunity, and are more successful at work when they work with an accredited life coach.

Financial coaching means providing regular one-on-one sessions with clients in order to 'coach' performance improvements to meet goals mutually set by the coach and client. ... Coaching is well suited to asset building programs because clients often need encouragement and support to adhere to positive financial behaviors.
It also should be noted that a personal financial coach is also not an investment adviser, or therapist.
Many people think the term spirituality relates to religion only, but it doesn't have to. For some people, exploring their spirituality simply means exploring their higher purpose.
A spiritual coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. They work with you to change/re-direct/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks. A spiritual coach uses a deeper, more holistic approach.
Work- Life Balance
Work/life balance will vary from person to person, depending on our lifestyles as a whole. Age, for example, can make your balance different to a colleague or a friend.
Work/life balance is the term used to explain the idea that all of us need time for both work and play. Your work/life balance is how you organize your days, for example, how many hours you spend at work, and how much time you spend doing things you enjoy outside of work.
Can life coaching hurt someone?
No. The client is always responsible for their own life. Clients makes their own decisions and takes their own actions. Life coaches provide positive support and encouragement. While a life coach might challenge you to think differently or suggest that you try a different or even radical approach than you would normally take, the client must decide whether to take the advice or not. Life coaches do not in any way control the client’s thoughts, actions or life.

If you think you can't,

Do something,

Think deeper,

Change the way,

And you will realize

What you want!

Slobodan B.M.

                                      Where did the concept of coaching originate?

Historically, there have always been “coaches” of some sort in society. It might have been the town priest, the shaman, an elder (grandfather, uncle) or some other mentor relationship. Prior to the evolution of the coach training programs, coaching was a term primarily used in the arts (voice coaches, drama coaches), athletics, and the corporate world. Many executives hired outside consultants as coaches or mentors to give them an outside and unbiased view of their business life and get help with their personal life as well.

Now coaching is seen as both valuable and convenient to the general public for assistance in “total life coaching.” Due to the “formal” training available to prospective coaches who come from a variety of disciplines and work experience, the general public can now find a personal coach who is well trained to assist them in achieving their big goals and desires in their personal or their professional life.
