80-98% of all mental and physical illness is caused by our thoughts  ,90% of all of our thoughts, actions, feelings, and behaviors are controlled  by our subconscious ;Our Brain is taking in over 400 billion bits of information a second through our five senses.
You can control and change your thoughts, emotions, and  everything in your body in many ways, one of them are "The Mind Code" techniques and meditations.
But be careful, the opposite is also true: fear, anger, frustration and other negative thoughts and feelings can damage your health and general wellbeing. Your body gets sick and your performance level drops. So when you often allow yourself to be in a bad mood, become aggressive in certain situations or stay angry at people, you are actually hurting yourself. These emotions damage your body at all levels including the cells in your DNA.

So this means that what we eat,  what we think,and how we feel on the first place, controls  how our genes are expressed- for better or for worse.

Just because cancer, heart problems, or any other issue run in your family, it does not mean you have to struggle with it. However if you believe that you will, your body will respond to that beliefs and express the genes to meet that belief.
